Exterior painting

Exterior painting built for Gulf Coast weather

Texas sun, humidity, and driving rain break down exterior coatings faster than almost anywhere in the country. We wash, scrape, prime, and spray with coatings rated for this climate so the finish holds years longer than a quick recoat.

What's included

Everything in this scope.

  • Siding & lap board
  • Stucco & masonry
  • Brick painting & staining
  • Fascia, soffit & eaves
  • Front doors & shutters
  • Garage doors
  • Decks & fences
  • Wood rot replacement

We spray exteriors — then back-roll

Airless spray lays an even film across siding and stucco fast; back-rolling drives it into the surface so it bonds instead of sitting on top.

Wash and scrape first

Chalking, mildew, and loose paint come off before anything new goes on. Coating over failure just buys you a shorter warranty.

Season-aware scheduling

Exterior work is weather-dependent. We watch dew point and humidity windows and reschedule rather than paint into a bad forecast.

How it works

A process you can hold us to.

01

Inspect & measure

We document rot, failed caulk, chalking, and problem elevations before quoting.

02

Wash & prep

Pressure or soft wash, scrape, sand, replace rotted wood, and re-caulk every joint.

03

Prime & spray

Bare and repaired areas primed, then sprayed and back-rolled for full adhesion.

04

Detail & walk

Trim, doors, and shutters cut by hand, then a full-perimeter walkthrough with you.

Questions

Exterior painting FAQs

When is the best time to paint a house exterior in Texas?

Spring and fall give the most reliable temperature and humidity windows, but we paint year-round and simply schedule around dew point, rain, and extreme heat.

How often should a Texas home be repainted outside?

Most homes here need exterior repainting every five to eight years. South- and west-facing elevations take the most UV damage and often show wear first.

Do you repair wood rot before painting?

Yes. Rotted fascia, trim, and siding are replaced or repaired as part of the prep scope — painting over rot only hides it.
